2025 Filipino Heritage Month Walkathon

WFC Inc. along with presenting sponsor A&L Cycle, will host a fundraising walkathon for the benefit of the community's activities throughout the year and for future cultural projects, programmes, and investments.
The route will be approximately seven (7) kilometres long and take about 1.25 to 1.5 hours to walk on average. The walkathon begins at Westman Immigrant Services Pacific Avenue Office at 7:30 AM and end at Princess Park at about 9:00 AM just on time for the Barrio Fiesta Programme Proper to begin.

Registration costs:
11 years old below: $5.00
12 to 17 years old: $10.00
18 years old and above: $15.00

For participants, always remember to:
Stay on the sidewalks
Follow traffic signs and signals
Pay attention to your surroundings and yield to traffic when needed
Bring a bottle of water, stay hydrated
Wear sunscreen to avoid sunburn
Take a break if needed
Walk in a small group when possible so in case of an emergency, someone can help right away. Or, pay attention to other participants
Call 911 in an emergency
